Cancellation Policy
⭐️Deposits: all deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please be mindful when looking at your schedule.⭐️Late Cancellation /Same Day: Clients have a 24 hour cancellation period before scheduled time. Example: If you have an appointment at 2pm tomorrow, you have until 2pm today to cancel. ⭐️Running late? All appointments have a 10 min grace period and 5 minute grace period for brow wax alone,if any longer your appointment will be considered a no call no show. Appointments are scheduled back to back, please notify as soon as you feel you are running behind.⭐️No-call/no-shows: appointments will be cancelled, forfeit original deposit and will be required to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. ⭐️Lash Fills: Lash fills will be booked and charged by how far out you plan to return. If you'd like to book 2 weeks out you will select the 2 week fill; if you like to push out to 3 weeks you will select the 3 week fill; anything after 3 weeks will be considered a full set, so please be mindful when cancelling and rescheduling appointments.
